I purchase Videocon AC from Next electronics showroom located at Sapna-Sangita road Indore-12 (M.P.) They deliver AC with damage remote. Then i complained about it and they gave me a new remote but even this remote is not working. I again call back but they are not responding it properly and after some 3-4 hour they told me that you will receive the working remote in next one week.
