Not delever the Gifts -- for purchase a electronic this Diwali

Hi,

This Diwali I purchase a Samsung product from the Next showroom in VIkas puri, They promised me to delever teh 3 gifts which are pending on there behalf for purchasing the product, which cost around 2500/- Rs.

I purchase a product on 24-10-08 and till now (06/11/08) no action has been taken from there end.

Please if some one can help me or tell me the right way to put a case on Next.
