Non reciept of refund of balance of Rs45864/- till date

This is to inform you that I had applied for 1750 shares of NHPC at cut off rate on 12/08/09 vide application form no. 7 3013483 and deposited the form at Kotak securities Ltd at Kolkata 700001.

I was allotted 476 shares in my demat a/c but till date I have not recieved my balance of Rs45864/- either by post nor has it been credited in my Bank. You are requested to issue the cheque at the earliest or intimate to me via email reasons for not sending the refund. Hoping for a prompt reply and action at your end.
