Dear Sir,

Sub: Non Receipt of NHPC / IPO REFUND.

I, KANCHAN SETH applied for 350 shares of NHPC vide Bid cum Application form No.5 - 1923970 and issued cheque No. 239827 of KARUR VYSIA BANK for Rs 12600/ in this respect. I have my D- Mat account No. 14109788 with KARVY and the amount was debited from the Bank on 18-08. But till date neither any share has been allotted to me nor the REFUND has been paid to me.
