Closing Credit Card and unnecessary Annual and Late fees charged

I have ABNAMRO credit card (No. 5415-3824-0014-9209) which i want to close but calling on their customer care number there is no option to close the card. Even when i talk to customer care executive they told me excuses that system is upgrading, you talk to other departments etc., but they never give the exact information How do i close my credit card? Also I was told that the card is lifetime free and now they have levied Annual charges and late fees. I sent mail to [email protected] about it but nobody respond to it.

Please help me to close my credit card account i will be very thankful to all.
