Not able to access the booked ticket history for cancellation of the tickets

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket in this sight from Chennai to Tiruchirappalli and also in the return direction on 14th Feb and 15th Feb. Whenever I open the sight I could able to get to book the ticket sight. But I could not get the other sight for cancellation /Pnr status column etc. I have given email also to icrtc today (4/2).
