delay in issue of arrears and revised pension

I am retired JCO ((retired wef 31 Oct) and my service number is JC-640554y Sub/Clk (GD) G Jithendra Reddy. ASC Records Bangalore and PAO (OR) Bangalore are the controlling group of our pay, allowances and other service benefits. Though the arrears first instalment has paid my Seniors and Juniors personnel in service, I have not received the first or second instalment of arrears as per the government orders on the subject post sixth pay commision report. It will be a great help for me and like affected people if PAO (OR) ASC Bangalore and ASC Records concerned to speed up our grievances.
