Dear Sir,

With reference to my Passport File No. F012461, this is to inform you that I submitted my application on 19th May.2008 for the renewal of my passport and till yesterday the status on the internet was"Police report is clear, application isunder process". But today when you have updated your sight, the status coloumn for my passport is lying blank. Kindly do the needful.
