Iam kartik from bangalore an coustomer of vodafone, My number is 9886164706 and i have beenusing this number from past 3 years and the complain i made 1st time that means back 3 years still its same problem. My issue was with the network. After 6pm in the evening iam not able to make calls from location K.R.Puram. It gives me error "network busy". I made several complains regarding the same issue but no one has worked on it till now. and the agent's of vodafone are really worst. They dont know how to work and their trainers have forgot to teach their agents how to speek and respect to the user. I was so mentally pressurized by these people but they have never taken care of that. And top of that their supervisors are the same. thats the reason agents also speek the same as their supervisor. No respect at all for users.
One day i was speeking to the supervisor and i told i really dont like the service provided by you and you dont work on complains so supervisor said to me "Sir please through the Sim". This is the way they speek. the agents disconnect the call and keep such long hold that call get automatically disconnect.
And if call more than 3 times they stop the coustomer care service for that number and we have to wait for 20days to get reactivate. What a foolishness.
There are many things and every one faces the same problem but no one is thier to look after these kind of issue. People will keep writting and they will only keep in their record thats it. All all same whether it is a Government or private. Every company knows how to earn money but what to provide service to the coustomer is not important.
I dont know what will happen or who will take care of this issue but this show the position of our country.
Becoz no one is ready to take responsibilty thats the reason every thing is still the same and can never be improved.
