I purchased a TATA DOCOMO SIM card last week. It had a talktime balance of around 80 Rs on 30th August. On 31st I didnt used the phone but they deducted the full amount on 31st for GPRS usage. I talked to the coustomer representative and asked him to raise a complaint. Then he told that I downloaded some data and because of that only they deducted 80 rs. I told him that I didnt used the phone on that day and nobody used the GPRS or any other facility. Then the coustomer representative told that send an sms to 121 by sending 'DATA'to know the data downloaded from my side. I got the sms as No data downloaded and i saw a charges around 70 rs. Since I got the confirmation that I didnt downloaded any data, I tried to call the coustomer care to raise the complaint. But they are not ready to raise the complaint and incoming calls also barred for me from the next day onwards. I even raised 2 complaints through web then also nobody reacted for my complaint.
