I bought a trolley TL-15 from our navy canteen at I.N.S Shivaji

Lonavala, pune dist. The price tag was sealed RS.576 /- and the printed price of Rs.350 was Struck off using a black marker pen. The item was procured at a cost of Rs.327.66/- vide bill No.010880 dated 11/06Secondly on opening of the sealed cover it was found that one of wheels was missing. (ie. only 03 wheels present). It is sad to say that i felt throughly cheated both in terms of cost and item per se.

I hope your esteemed firm would solve my misery and replace this defective product at the earliest.
