DEFAULT PIECE SOLD

I had bought a Nirlep gas stove (4 burner) from big bazaar 4-5 months back and from day 1 i have been facing issues with the same. I contact NIRLEP customer care many times with no response then i sent emails with no response. I contacted ASHOK CHAVAN, NIRLEP APPLIANCES LTD @

9986661121 with very bad response. Each time i call him he gives me reasons like iam sending the person. From last 3 months the person has not reached my place. I would have called him and a person named bhaskar: 9740739199 atleast 100 times. Now they have stopped picking up my calls. If i call then from any other number they pick my calls and hang up. Its the worst customer experience i have ever had. KINDLY HELP.
