Name appearing as defaulte

My name is Subhash Pai from Goa. I had applied for Car loan. However, my proposal is getting rejected as it appears that my name is figuring as a defaulter for non-payment of some loan, of which I am not aware of. As per my knowledge, I had not taken any such loans. Hence, I would be obliged if you could give me details as to which loan is outstanding, at the earliest
