This is to bring to the notice of NOIKA CARE MANAGEMENT the casual attitude being adopted in repairs and customer interaction, my hand set has been with NOKIA CARE CENTER NOIDA FROM 16TH JUNE till date the problem has not been rectified although so many months have passed.
No one has been able to give to give an answere as to why the problem keeps repeating, the set has been sent even to your major repaire center and cerified by QC to have been repaired, regret to state the same is still not working, may one request the management to take this issue up and help clear the problem.
