Software crashes, automatic restart, low memory, not proper workable internet browser, no connectivity with the PC etc. and other software problems I gave it to Nokia Care centre on 15th June.07. After three repetitive jobs, they ensured that as set cannot be repaired they will replace it with the new one. I also talked to Delhi office but they also did not help. So now, after almost four months and thousand of phone calls and visits they now are trying to fool me with at least one year old scratched set, saying that it is brand new mobile and only body and keypad is used and scratched.
During this time the price of advance sets come down than what I paid 6 months ago (eg. N72 now costs Rs. 9000 only) and I am still without mobile cursing myself for buying Nokia handset.
I want the present cost of my money with compensation for already wasting my four months, for mental touchier, blocking my money, for the worst service and still fooling me with an old set.
I dont know whom to say at higher level. If someone has any clue?? What to do? I am planning to go to the consumer forum.
Please help me out.
