I Ramesh Saraswat purchased nokia 1200 headset on
Dated 09/05.
my phone is out of order and it was given to nokia care centre on 26/08 at ADITYA ENTERPRISES, 249-250, Ganpati Plaza, K.E.M. Road, Bikaner - 334001 as detailed below:-

It was delivered to me on 28/08 saying that it is o.k.,
but after reaching to my home I found that the same problem exists. so I again send the set to them on 29/08 to repair it properly. I was assured that It will be repaired on very next day.
but I did not get the same till date.
I checked the job sheet status at wwww.namscareonline.com and the status is OK (ready for collection), but this shopekeeper is saying that it is not ready till now.
I have to came from my village which is 70 kms far from this nokia care centre.
please let me know that whether I should understand that Nokia do not take care on the cheaper sets like mine and it cares only for the costly sets of heigher prices only.
