Mobile Phone Service Problem

Dear Sir/Madam

I have the business of Telecom and electronics. I have purchased the Nokia-1203 from AIRNET TELECOM VIDE BILL NO. 913 DATED 08-06-09.The IMEI No. is 353218033059214 When i sold this mobile to customer it show the problem in mobile. After getting more troubled i go to the nokia care centre (M.S.ENTERPRISES, DHARAM COMPLEX, KHANNA). they accept the mobile and give the service job sheet on 16-06-09 an job sheet number 124433527/090616/3.

From 16 jun 09 to till date i have many time visited the nokia care but theyare not listening anything. They are doing their own personal job nt the oficial job. They want to give the old mobilebu i refuse.

Please do the needful and take strict action against them
