Alance of amount in mobile

Dear madam/sir,

before 2 days i.e on 12/4 ihave unsubscibed the hello tune.before that day on which ihave canceled hello my balance was minused with 30 Rs. and still ihave canceled my hellotune. And on apr 14 i found that another 30 Rs. was canceled.my cell no. is 9704988698 and pls donot cut any more and add 30 Rs. to my mobile account.pls kindly do this remember and i wish that u will add 30 Rs. to my mobile
