I have submitted all the relevent documents required for insurance, but sorry to inform you all the documents returned back simply because YOU HAVE NOT ISSED THE ORIGINAL COPY OF BILL. YOU HAVE ISSUED CARBON COPY OF BILL, THE NAME OF CUSTOMER IS WRONGLY TYPED.
