Not yet activated my sim card

I took mobile connection on 9th December'08. My mobile no. is 9007922796. but still now thre is no incoming or outgoing calls service in my mobile phone. I called customer care centre on 10th December'08. But executive said that "connection would be started on 12th December'08". I deposited my documents twice to mobile shop. I don't what arfe you doing? why you are not giving the connection???
