I purchase my set in the year 2008 and till than a problem with the set that no sound hear by anyone for the incoming call no vibration works also so i miss the important phone.i send the mobile to service centre (som dutt plaza Kanpur) and find my mobile with satisfaction but after some time it again defected and send it 3-4 times to care center but after the warranty period it again defected.
