I have nokia 1650 mobile with waranty

problem is saw not charging

3 times i service innokia care porbandar (Gujarat)

but not resolve problem

today criate same problem & i given again this time in nokia care porbandar

this time give me back as not problem in future otherwise i complain in costmor service india goverment
