Blocking my stolen mobile 2300 handset

My Nokia handset 2300 of 2004 edition bearing ITEM: 0054759, IMEI: 357596008591162, Bar Code: 6 417182 354151, CE 168, bought here at Imphal, Manipur, India under my name and address was stolen. It is now used by other persons. It can be communicated through my personal SIM or mobile no. 91 98651 52037 registered under my name and address.

If you please block it, I will be very happy and thankful. I think it may disable the thiefe to use it. I will take care of the SIM as I had the FIR lodged through my local police.
