Equisetd to active ISD on my mobile

Dear Sir

I am using Mobile last 8 Yrs my no is 9845883853 it was having ISD Facility now from last 6 monh is it disconneted from this no i was given the complient but still is is not actived

here with i am requsting once again pl do the need full
