I brought Nokia 2600 C2 mobile in July and in couple of days I found some problems in my phone like periodically hang, automatically power switch off and continuous beep irritating voice.
I went to customer care for twice and they kept my phone for one week and two weeks respectively but problem remained same means that they could not repair it.
On third time i requested to change this mobile with new one and they refused by saying that company is giving warranty service but not guarantee.
It is not customer's problem that phone is faulty but it is problem of phone manufacturer i.e. Nokia. So that they have accept this and replace their faulty phone with new phone.
