Sir,

i was sufffered from misbehavier of nokia care centre dhar madhya pradesh and i was complent but no reply from service head of madhay pradesh mr shekhar email is ([email protected]). i sended him two email but he was not replied my single email and try to contact with him on phone so he not accepting my call .i am helpless and not desiding what to do so please please suggest me what should i do both email which i sended to mr shekhar (nokia service head of madhya pradhesh) is followed

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have recently purchased the nokia 2600c above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to give us proper services from your nokia care. But I found misbehaving and improper services (below mentioned) from your nokia care dhar by Mr. pankaj rampal branch manager ok nokia care dhar

1- my nokia 2600c is not working/ start so submitted my mobile phone at your nokia centre dhar in middle of the march 09 at 6:30 PM but your manager does not gave me proper job shit and told me that the mobile is out of warranty due to water and rupees 450 will be charged for that so I am agree for that and I am waiting at your nokia care after half hour mr pankaj told me that I don’t spoil my time he repaied it in half hour then he call me back when I asked for job card so he gave me a local paper and took my battery in his drawer. After every day I send my employee to your care centre and he always told that he repair my mobile in evening or next morning. After more then 10 days today morning I talked him so he promised me that he is suffering from employee problem and no engineer is at his centre so he repaired at today’s evening. But when at evening I reached at your care centre with my spouse and kids he talk with me very roughly and told me that I don’t have enough time for your mobile I have already very much work . so I argue that why he took my mobile for more then 10 days. So he gave me my mobile returned and told me in very hard way that take your mobile back when I asked for my battery then firstly he denied for it but after my forcing he gave me back my battery.

2- When I asked him to gave me his superiors no so he denied for it and when I was found the no of from other sources he told me that “ is care se bahar nikal jao nahi to dhakke mar kar nikal dunga” when I told him that its not your personal centre its nokia care so he told me “ yeh nokia care meri hai mai iska malik hun aur khud company bhi ab aa kar kahegi to mai aapka mobile thik nahi karunga”

He abused me in front of four people exclude my wife and kids. And I have some proof for all that discussion. When I talked with local mobile dealer so they told me that mr pankaj is also misbehave with them and if you want then I can send you so many proof like local receipt of nokia care manager, recorded all the discussion with mr pankaj, neighbors confirmation, misbehave nature of mr pankaj from local mobile vender certificate.

In anticipation of your prompt response, else I am going legal activities and all the expanses will be charged at your site.

I am discussing in this mail regarding to our telephonic conversation at 2 april time 9:30 pm firstly I am very sorry that I was call you very late because I tried 3 times since morning but u was still busy in your meeting I also send you massages and you replied that busy in meeting that’s why I call you later time.

We discuss more then 15 mins. But I found two things in our conversation.

First is – that I want to discuss on nokia-customers relationship and you discuss about my nokia handset. And second I found controversy in your discussion that one side you told me that you don’t want to discuss on misbehaving of your branch manager and another side you told me that cycle customer and car customer both are equal for nokia customer satisfaction.

My dear friend you resolving all the problem telephonic but you don’t want to send me reply my email. As per my opinion you are sated at very high position in nokia and you want to satisfaction and good behaving your customer while your branch manager misbehaving and making rough relationship between nokia and customer but you want to safe your manager. I am lastly reminding you that nokia care is established for good customer relationship not to make good relationship with you and your franchisee.

This is my last email to you that if you are not replying my last email and this email to which is also enclosed to this email and not taking any initiative against your dhar franchisee, I think that you don’t want to take any action in this matter and if you are pressuring me to going for legal activity then all responsibility is yours and nokia India pvt ltd. Because your are discussing me to representative to nokia company so I am going to legal action against your dhar franchisee and you and I will contact to your superior and discuss with them for all this nasty stuff. I already spend lot of money and my precious time to discuss with you, Mr Aditya (MP Head) and Mr. Pankaj (MD for dhar) in this matter.

Hope you are maintained your responsibility and agree to solve this problem and make a good relationship between customer and nokia. Else you are responsible for all the further activities.
