Dear Sir,
I am using BSNL prepaid mobile Sim card since 2 years and mobile no. is 9423275663. At every month I got the message from BSNL that your this (any) service is going on and it will renewed on this day and you have to pay this much amount for that. Actually, I never tried to subscribe any of service provided by BSNL. Rather I got this kind of messages and my money from account has been reduced. When I tried to call to Customer Care, I just listened the prerecorded call and told to wait for response. Please do something for it.
