Sir, I have purchased the nokia 2626 set from Essar telecom retail ltd. Jain complex Russal chowk Jabalpur on 16/01/08 vide invoice no. MP/01394/0001/2405. My set no. is IMEI:358087018728167. The battery of the mobile is not working properly. The same has checked by the nokia care Jain complex Jabalpur on 16/06/08 and he inform that the battery is not original. I have contacted the firm from where i have purchased the set and the firm has denied that they have supplied the duplicate battery. The battery is BL-5C and no. is 067038285086k443325184458. Kindly confirm that the same battery is provided in my set or any other battery. Please indicate the battery no. if other battery is packed by the nokia in above set.
