Hi,
I bought a Nokia 2626 mobile on friday (28/11/08) from Univercell. When I try to charge mobile, It says charger not supported. So I took the mobile to Univercell and complained about the problem. They said If there is any problem It should be brought to thier notice within 24 hours else they can not do anything on it and it has to be taken to Nokia Service Center. When we took there, They found there is some problem and they say it has to be send to Head office and it will take 10-15 days!! This is really ridiculous, I get calls from My office, and I need to attended that, How can I work without mobile for 10-15 days? It is hampering my work and I cannot go behind every time on checking the mobile status. I request you to take an immediate action on it.
