Ignorance of Nokia and Nokia Care

Sir,

I have purchased a Nokia 2630 from Nokia Priority Dealer, Waves, Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 13 dec 07 . Within 15 days of the purchase it suddenly stopped showing the cellular access, due to which i have showed it to Nokia Care Raipur, Anshu Communication on 3rd jan 07. My jobsheet number is 480434038/080103/60 and the Target Delivery date is 15 feb 07.

Complains :

1. Nokia care is taking more than 45 days to repair a mobile and they are least concern about the inconvenience caused to the customers.

2. The employees of Anshu communication (nokia care) have a rude behaviour towards the Nokia customers and they do not have even basic ettiquetes to deal with the customers.

3. On 16th jan 07, I was informed that my phone is ready and I can collect it from the nokia care, but as of then nobody was ready to check it and on reaching there, to my utter surprise i was told that it is still under repair and the information to collect it was by mistake.

the abovementioned inconveinences have caused mental agony to me, as within 15 days of the purchase my phone is not working properly which thereby shows the ignorant and irresponsible attitude towards its customer by Nokia and Nokia Care.therefore I demand to return my phone within 7 days from today or a new replaced nokia 2630 otherwise I will be restrained to take serious action against the concerned persons and might complain to the Consumer Forum also.
