Hang up and Keypad lock problem

I have given complaint dt. 17/06 at NOKIA Care Center - Saideep Enterprises, Nasik Road, NASHIK and submitted the Handset regarding Hang up and Keypad lock problem. But the problem not solved till.

I have purchased the handset dt. 3 Oct from Mobile Magic shop Nasik Road.
