I have purchased a Mobile from MuzaffarNagar, there is some problem in Power switch, then I went to local Nokia Customer care at MuzaffarNagar then they have checked the cell & confirm me that its Power switch is damage so they have changed the power switch of the cell & they have taken charge Rs. 250/- for this but they did not given any written bill for the same. My question is that when the cell was in warrentee then why the customer care people had taken charge & if they taken charge then why they have not given the proper bill.
Kindly solve my problem & do the needful.
