To change set due to frequent problems

Dear Sir,

I “Pradeep Sharma” have a NOKIA mobile handset (model n0- 3110c, IMEI NO-356789023526286, under warranty). It went out of order on 16/7/09 and I gave it to nokia Meerut service (NEXTEL) on the same day against job sheet no-242433527/090716/59. I got it back on 02/08/09 and after nine days the same problem occurred with the mobile and I gave it back to the service centre for the service against the same job sheet no-, and got it back after service on 02/09/09. After thirteen days of service my mobile went out of order third time, and I gave it to service centre third time against job sheet no-242433527/090915/65 on 15/09/09. Now I don’t want to take it back. During this period I was mentally tortured and misbehaved by your Meerut service centre and whenever I asked about progress of my mobile I was not given appropriate answer by your service partner. I am very disappointed with nokia. I made complain in nokia care but result is the same disappointment. I feel cheated. I don’t think so that your service centre is able to repair my mobile so that I want to get my mobile replaced with new set.

Please give me some solid reason why shouldn’t I file suit against nokia and its service partner (Nextel)

• 504 (mental harassment) IPC

• 500 (defamation) IPC
