Sir/mam,
on 18/8/09 i have given my set to kalkaji nokia care for a small prob of on/off swich which was not responding that time.
after repairing the set when my set handover to me i came to know by centre repersentative (who handovered the set to me) that my speaker n someother parts where replaiced without informing.
but after repairing work there where new prb where arouesed for ex:-
1) bad sound output.
2) fm station serching problem.
but this bad patch doesn't over till now when i again go n raise my issue there in centre. two engg n mng r going to pysical with me n said do whatever u wanna do, go whereever u wanna go, we don't repair ur set.
i am stunned with such a bad behavior in such a big multinational customer relation end.
plz do smthing fast n strict for above mentioned critical issue's coz i m feeling harrased n depressed.
