Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that I have been a loyal user of Nokia phones from past 10 years however never came across such situation before, I had given my current phone Nokia3120 for repairing at the green park Nokia cutomer care however found it broken from a side, I informed your representatives about the same, however they said that it can be replaced next time whenever I visit this location.
Today scenario is that this location has been permanently closed and when I visited your Lajpat nagar branch they asked me to pay for it. Why should I pay when it is not me mistake. Kindly have the same checked and have the issue rectified as I know company like Nokia would not want a person to spread bad word of mouth rather would want a customer to be a loyal advocate of the company.
