About a month back I bought a Nokia mobile phone [Model: Nokia_3120_classic] from The Mobile Store at Crown Interior mall at Faridabad..

I am completely disappointed and fedup because your has not performed as it should, since 1 week of purchase. It is very bad and cheap on Nokias part to dispatch such a defected product.

The phone worked for just about a week and then it completed got worse..The Incoming audio was just not working.. When I took it to Nokia care at Kalkaji, i was told it has a software problem.

And thats when my ordeal with most unprofessional Nokia Care executive started. then i went back to the shop at the mall from where i bought the mobile and they were the ones who actually,

guided me correctly and asked me to visit the Nokia care at Faridabad..(MODCAD Communications, Near Nehru Ground)..I left the mobile with them and was asked to come back the next day..(Job Sheet No: 084343506/081229/42, date : 1st week of December)..

it got repaired and started working normally, but that was just for 2 days and the same problem came back again..I again went back and gv the handset, i also had a discussion with NOkia helpline CCO Mr. Rupesh and Ms. Divya..

This was what they had to say, when i told them i want the handset to be replaced.: " The handset can be replaced only if Nokia care says that it should be replaced.."..thats when i again left my mobile with them for the second time (Job Sheet NO: 084343506/090121/28, Date: 21 jan'09).

But, I am not going to listen or be convinced that the phone can be repaired..The problem with the handset is a manufacturing defect and nokia has to replace it.

The Executives at MODCAD Communications dont even speak proper english, that might not be a problem for nokia,

but all that I want is and also deserve is my handset be replaced.

To resolve the problem I would appreciate your quick action and I require either a full refund, or the handset replaced.

I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. As im not getting any response from Nokia I am bound to seek help from consumer group.
