Inefficiency of your Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore Nokia Care Cente

Dear Sir,

This mail is regarding non professional attitude of the Nokia Care Center in Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore.

I Had visited the above mentioned center atleast 6 times during last few months for problems in my handset. I want to bring to your notice my impressions about handling of the affairs in the above mentioned center. I will discuss about my problems later.

The mentioned could not satify a single customer on the day when i visited them (No exaggeration here). I was told by the other customers present that the story is almost the same for all the other days. The complaints of various customers were like

1. Problems persisting even after the servicing

2. Returing various handsets back saying that they cannot be repaired (Representing a very inefficient image of the Nokia Company)

3. Not responding phone calls of the customers in a proper manner.

It looks like the employees are hell bent on spoiling the name of the Nokia Company.

Coming to problem with my handset. My Nokia 3230 handset

1. Does not read the memory card

2.Display goes blank once the screen saver comes on. Then i had to switch off and restart the mobile to make it usable.

I had given the cell in the above mentioned center way back in september (within warranty). When i went to take back my cell in October i found out that the problems were still persisting. The employee of the service center asked me to give the cell again for service. I did not do that because for the first service only the center had taken 25 days approximately. I had lot of problems without my cell. So i thought i will use the defective cell for few days and give it for servicing after that.

When i went for servicing again (this time in the month of December) the person at the center came up with a story that the defect in the cell was due to a water damage and that it would not fall under warranty.(The same was not mentioned in the first service Job-sheet.) I said fine. But now they are telling that the cell cannot be rapired as it has got mother board problem. I said fine and asked them to return the cell. The manager said the cell is there in their back office and he would call back in 3 days. Its been 3 weeks now. He has not called me. Whenever i call the center the response that i get is that 'your cell will come tomorrow'. But that tomorrow has never come. Your manager and employees of that center can be termed as "Professional liars" in anybody's book. The center in Jayanagar is a disgrace to NOKIA.

I request the Nokia Company to take stern action aginst this center before they could do any further damage to your reputation.

I also request the company to guide me as to the future course of action as regarding my handset. My lawyer tells me that we have enough papers to file a strong case against your Jayanagar Center.

Kindly let me know as early as possible
