I purchase a mobile phone from The Planet, 28/31 Rabindra avenue, English bazar, malda 732101 on12.06.2006. it had tower problem &keyboard problem. I went to this shop for repair. after 7 days he gave me this but it had same problem and they return this with additional problem scratch & camical drops. After saw this i went to this shop. They exchange it with a same black coloured set. When i refuse to accept this phone they created presure & I accept this. It was also keypad problem. i told this fault but they did nothing. Now the warrenty period is over & they want money to repair it. On10.06.2008 I return this phone in same bad condition.
please do something. otherwish i will go to coart.
