Nokia 3500
Hands free not supporting

I had given my Nokia 3500 set for repairing as its hand free was not taking support. I had given it for repair on 21.8.2008 which was then given back to me on 18.9.2008 almost after one month but the problem was not repaired. Again I gave it back for repairing on 23.9.2008.It`s IME no: is 353080020468323.

But till date I have not received my handset back. Kindly look into the matter.
