God forbid don't know what sort of customer care centres have been opened by this MNC NOKIA.
The employees don't have courtesy to interact properly and the services are poor, one has to waste time sitting for their turn to come, real slow centres. However the major issue is the REPLACEMENT issue company fails to replace the set even after they have tried to repair it 6 times mind you 6 times. This is heights of taking customers for granted.
It's simply a frustrating issue when asked for replacement of set, which worked only for 6 months and afterwards i ve been doin rounds of so called nokia customerr care. Incapibilty of the company to repair or replace.
This way NOKIA is definately gonna lose its customers n i being a victim would hereby ask all my near n dear ones not to get carried away by their name alone. NOKIA Care cant keep up with their post sales services inspite of fact they know there is major problem with their handset. BEWARE!!
Not worth ur money!! Moreover the mental agony who's going to calm that NOKIA do you have an answer!
