Nokia 3500c
Eplacement of the handset

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the above stated handset i.e. Nokia 3500c on 17 June 08 from subhiksha (Bhayander - East).

My cell get hang up when i try to send any message from it. I have to switch off the cell & restart it again. this is happening since I have brought it. Kindly help me out with the solution.

Its urgent.
