I had bought Nokia 3500 in March 08. On 21.8.08 I had given it for repair as hand free was not supporting, I was given back the said hand set on 18.9.08 almost after one month.
The said complaint was not repaired, I again gave it for repairing
on 23.9.08. I demanded for Job Sheet which they gave me after 8 days on 1.10.08. Job Sheet no: is 480434038/081001/5.
Till date they have not repaired the set and it is still with them.
Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
