Nokia 3600
Increase volume not working

Hello,

I just bought Nokia 3600, 2 weeks before and from the first week it started giving me problems.

My phone gets hanged frequntly and the increase volume button is not working at all.

I bought it from mobilestore. I called them, and they suggested me to visit the Nokia service centre.

What is this, its not even one month completed and the cell has started giving me problems.

I wnat a proper resolution for this.

If somebody can help me i will be thankful to him/her.
