Nokia 3600 was bought on 20th june and was brought back to the outlet on the 21st june from where it was purchased, on the grounds of light bleeding from the keypad panel. The authorized dealer refuses to accept the defect and is not willing to change the handset. The problem did not surface since a dummy was shown to me... I was told by another dealer that this particular modal has been discontinued by Nokia... I think this is just not right on the company's behalf to do this to their valuable customer's. I have been using Nokia from the past 10 yuatrs n have never faced any problem... PLs suggest what can be done with this situation.
