I had purhased Noki3600 on 16 aug.
i got problem from it on 30 aug.
thereafter i gave it for repair in Nokia care.
AFTER 50 DAYS, i.e. on 20 Oct i recieved a used handset from company.
these many days care kept saying that componay so not have the hardware to replace.
the handset given too has a problem that
the keypad lights do not glow.
when asked to care they said the phone saves kight in day time.
but the lights do not even glow in dark.
i m fed up of that phone
What should I do?
