I had purchased a Nokia 3600S phone for my wife on 13th July and she started using it on 20th July. From the day one, she complained about the poor voice quality both ingoing and outgoing. As I was busy for my official committments, I asked her to use it for 3-4 more days and see if the same problem persists or not. She complaied that the problem still persists. I went to Nokia Care, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Market, New Delhi, which was near to my Office on 28th July. They checked the phone and informed that the Microphone needs to be changed. I was really surprised and shocked that the phone which I purchased just 15 days back needs repairing. I refused for it and the NOKIA Care people gave my handset back and came to my Office. In office, when I inserted the SIM in the phone and called my wife, I found that I am not able to hear the voice of receiver. I tried 3-4 numbers and found the same problem. In addition, I found that the Slider is not working properly and some sort of dust and finger prints were visible inside the display screen. Today morning, i.e. on 29th July when I went to NOKIA CARE again, they told me that they handedover me the phone in the same earlier condition and I might have created some problem. Since the phone is under Warranty, they have taken the set for repairing. Though I have given the set for repairining but still I feel that this set will have again some problem in future. I therefore, request to advise the concerned authorities to replace my faulty set immediately.
