Ear Piece Problem

Dear Sir,

i just bought the New Nokia 3600 Slide.

the problem is

voice for incoming Call is very LOW. even with the hands free.

its ear peice sound is very Low, very to hear the voice of the caller.

what is the problem?

how to Increase the Sound for the EarPiece?

please Help to resolve the problem.
