We are very much unhappy with services of Nokia. We have recently purchased Nokia - 5000 set which is infested with certain technical problems. Radio was not working. The phone also gets switched off automatically. Set was given in Nokia care on 19th July and in Jobsheet target date to delivery same was on 9th Aug, almost a month. We didnt received any call from them till 9th Aug, after calling them they told us that its gone for replacement to higher authority. On calling them again on 13th Aug they say it will again took 10 more days to get replaced. technical people find it difficult to repair the hanset so it is to be replaced. But why it tooked almost 2 mths to get replaced when they know that it is to be replaced??
Replace the hanset at the earliest and also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains.
