I have purchased the abovementioned mobile from your gwalior shop at One Mobile, Big Bazar, Gwalior with ImEI No. 353223034467044, as per your adv. and also written in the box it is clear that one scartch card will be given to customer but the shopkeeper said that they had not found any scartch card and also mentioned that at Indore some scartch card has been removed by the company official which is not acceptable by me. So I request you to please check the details as early as possible. Your early reply will be appreciated by me.
