Respected Sir,
I bought a Nokia Mobile Handset Model no.5130 IMEI NO.354223037436540 on 20.05.2009 from Meher Communications, 4B, Raj Plaza, Rajpur Road, Dehra Dun. From the very first day it started giving hanging problem while operating it for any purpose. On the next day we deposited it to service centre in Dehra Dun and they returned it the following day, but the problem remained the same. Again and again we deposited it for repair, but the problem remainrd the same. Last time it was deposited to the Nokia Service Centre on27.06.2009 and it is still with them.
On getting repaired again and again, it got scratches at many placecs and all the charm of using a mobile set for the first time in life, that too as a reward from my parents on securing 94% marks in my ICSE examination, is lost and i am completely disappointed with Nokia company whom I prefered for its goodwill.
Now I request you to kindly replace it with another new set of the same. I believe my complaint will be paid attention soon.
